Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to ship?
All holsters are built to order with a 3–4 week lead time. We'll send tracking once your order leaves the shop.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the US right now. International coming eventually.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — anything over $100 ships free via USPS with tracking.
Fitment & Custom
Do you make holsters for my gun?
Check the Fitment Guide. If your firearm isn't listed, contact us — custom fits are part of the day job.
Will your holsters work with my optic?
Most do. We design clearance for common red dots (RMR, Holosun 507/508, Romeo). Reach out for unusual setups.
Can I get a custom kydex color combo?
Yes. Pick your front and back colors on the product page. Custom prints (carbon fiber, multicam) add $10–$15.
Warranty & Returns
What's covered by the warranty?
Manufacturing defects for the life of the holster. Doesn't cover misuse, dashboard sun damage, or modifications.
Can I return a holster?
Custom-made holsters are non-returnable. Confirm fitment and color before ordering. Defective products fall under warranty.
What if my holster doesn't fit my gun?
If we built it for your specific firearm and it doesn't fit, that's on us. Email us with photos and we'll make it right.
Care & Cleaning
How do I clean my kydex holster?
Warm water, mild soap, soft cloth. Air dry. Avoid solvents, alcohol, or anything abrasive.
Why is my holster getting loose?
Heat softens kydex. Don't store in a hot car. If it loosens, contact us — we can re-form the retention.
